Shipping

We currently only ship to Switzerland. 

Standard shipping costs are 7 CHF. All orders above 50 CHF are free of shipping costs.

We also make sure that we protect our environment during delivery. Therefore we send all our parcels under the Swiss Post "pro climate" label.

Returns

Not exactly what you wanted? You do not like the color or have other reasons to return your order?

We grant you a 14-day return period on all orders beginning with the reception of goods and will offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs) for your order. Please note that all items returned must be in original condition.

As socks are classified as hygiene products (like underwear) we can only accept unused socks. This means the cardboard label must still be attached to the socks and the packaging must not be damaged.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please return your order in its original packaging and include a return form that can be downloaded here.
